Questions parents ask
Which boards do you teach?
Class 10 AP SSC (Andhra Pradesh state board) and CBSE. Each board has its own course.
Does my child need to come to the centre?
No. Lessons, tests and doubts all happen in the app on a phone or computer. The centre is in Machilipatnam if you would like to meet the teacher.
Is the app in Telugu?
The app’s menus can be set to Telugu, English or Hindi. Lessons and questions are in English.
Who answers my child’s doubts?
The teachers on their course. Your child asks from the lesson they are on, and the app tells them when the answer is ready. For quick help at any hour, the AI tutor explains questions step by step.
Is the AI tutor safe for children?
Yes. Every reply goes through safety checks, and for students under 18 the reply is blocked if the checks cannot run. The tutor only answers exam and study questions, and it is switched off during tests so it cannot help in an exam.
How do we pay?
By UPI, bank transfer or cash. Message us on WhatsApp and we will share the plans and fees.
Will it work on mobile data?
Yes. Data Saver skips pictures when you download a mock test to take offline, so downloads stay small.
